Challenge

Wendy was posting photos on social media and showcasing some of the work she'd done for past clients. However, there was no presence on Google for people keyword searching for a professional organizer. She wanted a website that discussed the benefits of what she does for home and office clients, with lots of photos to show the results. Many people hire a professional organizer to help with a move, or for cleaning out a loved one's home - these are enormous tasks where a professional can help save people time, and really cut through the clutter. She was also looking to connect with more real estate agents to do home staging.

Value

We discussed Wendy's vision with her and came up with the design for SpaceRefresh.ca We came up with keyword-targeting content for the business niche and location so that the site will better rank in Google for local search and buyer intent.

We also discussed the importance of Google My Business for local business lead generation - since the Map Pack shows up at the top of search results. We're currently applying for the GMB location for Space Refresh.

Since Wendy wanted to generate some excitement with a promotional gift certificate package for Christmas gifts - what do you get the hard-to-shop-for  person who has EVERYTHING? If they already have everything, how about a service to help them organize it all?! We not only had a hard deadline to meet (which we did!) but we also created a landing page for her social media posts, and a personalized banner and pop-up for the site home page. That way new visitors to the website would also learn of the promotion. And - the landing page was pared down with focus on the promotion, a call to action and a form for orders, increasing conversion rates.

We wish Wendy all the best in her new venture and it's too bad her service area isn't around here - we've been so busy that it's getting a little cluttered around here too!
